- Also, OpticOnline is entitled to change and update the various sales conditions according to the product suppliers, including the product price, payment methods, shipping methods, types of devices available in stock, etc., without any prior notice.
- In any case where there is a difference between the product the customer received and the product details listed on the website, the details written on the website are decisive.

- OpticOnline may cancel a specific order in any case of an error in the product description, price, delivery conditions, etc., while returning the full amount to the customer. In such a case, the customer will not have the right to sue and/or make claims against the site and on his behalf.
the supply of the products
- The site will arrange for the delivery of the product by the product suppliers to the customer to the address entered in the order details at the time of ordering within 5 – 18 business days depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer at the time of ordering.
- The product suppliers will deliver the products through a trucking company, and in the event that the delivery address is considered to be a security-restricted access area, the site will contact the product orderer for the purpose of coordinating a different delivery address or offering the option of self-collection, in such cases a delay in the delivery of the product will not be considered as any delay in the delivery of the product.

If the customer received the product damaged, or different from the product he ordered, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, by contacting customer service on email.
- The product returns and/or cancellations policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased through the website. The site will not handle the return of products purchased through another source.
