The products purchased on the OpticOnline website (www.opticonline.co.nz) are checked before sending and packed in dedicated packaging in order to arrive intact to the customer ordering the products.
In order to prevent breakage during transport, we chose a shipping company that is suitable for shipping fragile products. (Not possible to send by regular/registered mail)
Delivery times and delivery targets
At OpticOnline we undertake to deliver the products quickly and by the most reliable means and are sent to all parts of the country and will be delivered within 5-18 working days from the day the order is confirmed on the website. Delivery is made on weekdays only, excluding Fridays and holiday eves, between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. We provide deliveries to settlements that are beyond the green line, but this is subject to the approval of the delivery company, in case it is not possible to deliver to the address, our company will contact you within 3 business days of placing the order.
When placing the order, you must write down all the possible details for accurate and fast shipping, including an address and a mobile phone number where the delivery can be coordinated.
Change of address after placing an order
Changing the shipping address after placing the order can be done up to one hour after placing the order by sending an email to support@opticonline.co.nz Any later change may result in a double freight charge at the time of sending and in the case of canceling an order after shipping, a fee will be charged sending.
